  • 10. How do you handle damage from bodily fluids?

Kids & bodily fluids? Say no more! We are mamas too so we understand that s***t happens. We will do everything in our power that follows manufacturer guidelines and rules to get any stains or lingering odors out of your car seats. But please know that we are limited by those guidelines so there may be stains or odors we cannot erase despite our best efforts. In order to minimize this risk, please try to soak up / clean out your car seat as soon as the accident happens. This will help us serve you to the best of our ability.
